Before you contact us
Answers to the most common questions.
How do I open an account?
Start with an introductory discussion so we can confirm suitability. If we proceed, digital onboarding collects the identity documentation required in your jurisdiction, followed by compliance review and senior approval.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
Each plan sets its own subscription range, from 96 USDT at the entry tier to 20,000 USDT at the extended tier. The full range is on the investment plans page.
How does the referral programme pay?
5% of a referred client's first settled deposit is credited to your available balance, paid once per referred client, for direct referrals only.
Can I withdraw before a term ends?
No. Positions run for their stated term and cannot be redeemed early. Only commit capital you can leave in place for the full duration.
How do I report a problem with my account?
Contact the existing client address above. If the matter is unresolved, escalate to the compliance address, and then to the external dispute-resolution scheme listed in this page's footer.
